One person was killed on Thursday in an Israeli drone strike on a motorcycle, as the Israeli enemy army carried out artillery shelling and air raids on multiple areas in southern Lebanon, in continued violation of the ceasefire agreement.
According to the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA), an Israeli drone strike targeted a motorcycle in the town of Froun, reportedly killing its rider.
The agency reported that Israeli enemy warplanes launched a violent airstrike on the town of Mansouri in Tyre district.
Israeli drone aircraft also struck the road between Toura and Jannata in Tyre district, while another drone dropped sound bombs near farmers in Hanniyeh south of Tyre without causing injuries.
In Bint Jbeil district, Israeli warplanes targeted the town of Yater with two consecutive air raids. The second raid hit the Al-Haqban hill in the town
In the same context, Israeli enemy artillery shelling targeted the towns of Baraachit and Kfardounine in Bint Jbeil district earlier today, while Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes on Ghandoorieh and Touline.
Additionally, Israeli artillery shelling targeted the town of Qabrikha in Marjayoun district.
The attacks came amid continued Israeli violations of the fragile ceasefire announced on April 17 and extended Friday for an additional 45 days until early July.
Since March 2, “Israel” has carried out a large-scale offensive on Lebanon that has killed 3,089 people and wounded 9,397 others, while displacing more than 1.6 million people, according to Lebanese official figures.
