In a meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad, he discussed bilateral ties, regional and international developments, and economic cooperation, according to the Fars News Agency.
Pezeshkian thanked Pakistan for its hospitality, stressing strong bilateral relations.
He said attacks on Iran, carried out by the United States and the Zionist entity, had no legal justification and caused civilian casualties, including children.
He added that Iran’s opponents expected it to collapse quickly but failed due to national resilience.
The Iranian president reiterated Iran’s readiness for dialogue while rejecting negotiations over its missile program and rejecting pressure from the United States.
He also called for stronger cooperation with Islamic countries, especially Pakistan, and warned against attempts to divide Muslims.
