Israeli occupation forces carried out a mass detention campaign and field interrogations during a military raid on al-Fawwar refugee camp south of Hebron, the palestainain news agency WAFA reported, citing security sources.
According to the sources, the occupation forces stormed the camp and conducted extensive raids in several of its neighborhoods, detaining 25 Palestinians and subjecting them to field interrogations before releasing most of them.
The sources added that Israeli forces are still holding five Palestinians and continuing to interrogate them.
The Fawwar refugee camp has been subjected to repeated Israeli military incursions involving house raids, searches, arrests, and on-site interrogations, as part of an ongoing campaign targeting refugee camps and towns across the Hebron governorate and the occupied West Bank.
