Ibb: Armed tribal gathering in Dhi Al-Sufal District declares general mobilization & readiness

Residents and tribal leaders of Dhi Al-Sufal District in Ibb Governorate held a large armed gathering on Monday, declaring general mobilization and reaffirming their readiness and preparedness in response to a call by the revolutionary leadership.

During the event, attended by Deputy Governor Rakan Al-Naqeeb, District Director Abdulrahman Wajih Al-Din, and Mobilization Official Najib Al-Kamel, participants renewed their commitment to carrying out the leadership’s directives and expressed readiness for confrontation with Saudi-led forces. They also called for ending the blockade, halting the war, stopping the exploitation of Yemen’s resources, reopening airports, and expelling foreign forces.

In a statement issued at the gathering, attendees reaffirmed their full support for the revolutionary leader and pledged to mobilize all available resources for what they described as the battle for liberation, independence, and sovereignty. They also praised the operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces, drone units, and missile forces.

The statement said the gathering was held in response to the leader’s call, as a warning to the Saudi regime and a declaration of readiness for general mobilization against what it described as the continued blockade of the Yemeni people and the looting of the country’s resources.

Participants said similar public and tribal gatherings across Yemen reflected the determination of the Yemeni people to reject submission and continue resisting what they described as aggression.

They also praised Iran’s initiative and what they described as its role in breaking the Saudi blockade on Sana’a International Airport, while reaffirming Yemen’s continued support for the Palestinian people in Gaza and adherence to the “Unity of the Fronts” approach.

The gathering officially declared a high level of public and popular readiness to pursue the end of the war, blockade, and foreign presence in Yemen, with the aim of achieving full independence and allowing the country to benefit from its national resources.

Deputy Governor Al-Naqeeb praised the steadfast positions of the people of Dhi Al-Sufal and other districts in Ibb, commending what he described as their unwavering commitment over the past 12 years in confronting the Saudi-U.S.-Israeli aggression.
