Iran strongly condemned Israeli attacks on several areas of Lebanon on Saturday, which killed 11 people, including three children , two women, and injured others.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei criticized the UN Security Council’s inaction over violations of international law and called for an end to Israeli aggression in southern Lebanon and the withdrawal from occupied Lebanese territory.
He reaffirmed Iran’s solidarity with Lebanon in defending its sovereignty and independence.
