Yemen’s Foreign Ministry affirmed its readiness to discuss all issues of mutual interest with the BRICS group, stressing that the option of a just and peaceful solution will remain unchanged.
A Foreign Ministry official said that Yemen is closely following the 18th BRICS Summit, being held in New Delhi, India.
The official stressed that Yemen supports the group’s statement that peaceful resolution of international disputes should be achieved through dialogue, consultation, and diplomacy.
The official said that the statement is consistent with Sana’a’s calls for achieving peace and ending the aggression and blockade imposed on Yemen.
