Unknown gunmen assassinated a mosque imam and preacher in southern city of Aden on Tuesday, media sources reported.
Media sources close to the aggression said that masked gunmen on a motorcycle shot dead the leader in ISLAH Party, Shawki Kamadi, in front of “al-Thuwar” mosque, in al-Mualla district.
Moreover, a civilian was shot dead by unidentified gunmen aboard a car on Monday near al-Dhawanani station in Khor Maksar area in Aden.
More than 20 imams and a mosque preacher have been assassinated in Aden over the past period.
Southern provinces lack security since the Saudi aggression that made Aden a good place for al-Qaeda and armed militias.
