Death toll of Saudi-led aggression airstrike on wedding rises to at least 31

The death toll of the massacre committed by Saudi-led aggression coalition aircraft in al-Mesa’afah area of al-Hazm district of Jawf province on Wednesday has risen to 31 dead, most of them women and children, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, the coalition aircraft targeted a wedding party attended by women and children at the home of civilian Mabkhout Marzouq Marei.

The sources confirmed that Ma’rib Hospital received more than 16 mutilated bodies of women and children from the victims of the crime, in addition to a number of wounded, while Al-Hazm Hospital received eight bodies of dead and a number of wounded.

Governor of Jawf province Major General Amer al-Marrani assured that “the coalition knows that the targeted village is completely free of any military presence, yet it has targeted these civilians with premeditation.”
