The branch of the General Authority for Zakat in Hodeida province distributed financial aid to a number of families of fishermen’s martyrs from Hajjah and Hodeida provinces.
Head of the Fisheries Authority Hashem al-Dane’i and deputy director of Zakat Authority in Hodeida Mohammad al-Wasa’ indicated the distribution of the aid comes to support the fishermen who are the most affected groups of people by the aggression and siege.
Al-Dane’i stressed that the Authority in cooperation with the concerned authorities is making all efforts to provide the best services to fishermen.
He stated the authority has a plan to improve the fisherman’s standard of living to raise their capabilities in overcoming the conditions of life.
