Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, discussed on Saturday with the governors of Aden and Mahra provinces, Tariq Salam and Al-Qatbi Ali Hussein Al-Farji, appointed by Sana’a government, the latest developments in the two provinces.
The meeting focused on the situation in the southern provinces, in light of the continuing difference and conflict between agents and mercenaries of the Saudi-led coalition in their various factions, and its impact on the security and service situation there.
In the meeting, Dr. bin Habtoor stressed that the deteriorating conditions in the provinces under “the Saudi-Emirati occupation are the result of the efforts of the two occupying countries to perpetuate the approach of chaos, devastation and destruction.”
The Prime Minister indicated that “the two occupying countries (Saudi Arabia and UAE) are working by every means to prolong their presence in plundering Yemen’s wealth and capabilities and exploiting its islands and coasts for the interests of the Zionists, the Americans and the British.”
He stressed that Yemen, with its honorable struggle record and history of resistance to invaders and occupiers, is capable of expelling the new occupiers and securing its security, sovereignty, safety and territorial integrity.
The meeting dealt with recruitment and mobilization of military forces, which clearly indicates the imminence of an upcoming armed conflict.
