Meteorology denies reports circulated about state of emergency in Yemen

The National Meteorological Center in Sanaa denied on Thursday the validity of the reports being circulated about declaring a state of emergency in the capital Sanaa and other provinces.

The statement called on citizens and the competent authorities in a number of provinces to continue dealing with the expected rains responsibly, in accordance with the bulletin issued by the center.

It confirmed that the center has a gradual process of issuing special bulletins that begin with warnings, then emergency, calling for not being drawn into the inaccurate and irresponsible news being promoted about weather conditions.
