The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sana’a condemned on Friday the Zionist enemy’s escalating violence against civilians in Gaza and occupied Palestinian territories.

The ministry said in a statement that “Washington and its European allies’ display of excessive force has not caused fear or hesitation for the countries of the axis of resistance.”

The statement warned that the axis of resistance and revolutionary factions can launch a strong response if the Zionist military campaign intensifies against Gaza Strip and displacement of residents occurs.

In its statement, the ministry also stressed that Palestinian, Lebanese, and Syrian territories are not always open theaters for Zionist forces and their supporters.

The ministry confirmed Yemen’s position calling for stopping the aggression against Gaza and holding an emergency meeting of the United Nations General Assembly and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to stop the escalation.
