The Yemeni Armed Forces carried out four military operations this morning against two Israeli ships and two other American ships in the Gulf of Aden, Yemen’s military spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie said in a statement this evening.
“In support of the oppressed Palestinian people, and to mark the tenth year of steadfastness in the face of the American-British aggression against our country, the naval forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out four military operations this morning, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie said in the statement.
The targeting of two Israeli ships, the first was (MSC Darwin) ship, and the other one (MSC GINA), which was targeted again in the Gulf of Aden, he explained.
He added, “The Yemeni armed forces also targeted the American ship MAERSK YORKTOWN and an American warship in the Gulf of Aden with a number of drones.”
Sarie confirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces used naval missiles and drones to target Israeli and American ships.
“The Yemeni Armed Forces persist with their military operations, enforcing a blockade on Israeli navigation in the Red and Arabian Seas as well as the Indian Ocean until a ceasefire is achieved and the siege on Gaza is lifted,” the Brigadier General stressed.
