Half a ton of corrupt fish in Sanaa is destroyed

The field inspection and control team of the Production and Marketing Services Sector of the Ministry of Fisheries destroyed half a ton of fish unfit for human consumption.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Fisheries for the Production and Marketing Services Sector, Abdul-Ghani Al-Wali, explained to the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) that 500 kilos of fish were destroyed in Al-Balili Market in the capital, Sana’a, after they were seized, seized, and a destruction report was prepared by the field team.

 

He stressed that the destruction process comes within the procedures undertaken by the Ministry, represented by the Production and Marketing Services Sector, with the aim of preserving the quality of fish products and providing them to the consumer, fresh and of high quality.

 

The destruction process was attended by Assistant Undersecretary of the Production and Marketing Services Sector, Rajeh Tabqa, and Director of Quality and Technical Affairs, Nabil Al-Koni
