A responsible source in the Supreme Economic Committee denied any agreement on resuming oil exports, calling the claims rumors spread by US-Saudi aggression mercenaries.

In a statement, the source clarified that the rumors about an agreement allowing the resumption of oil exports are unfounded. President Mahdi Al-Mashat’s decision to prevent the looting of national oil wealth remains in effect.

The source emphasized that resuming oil exports is strictly linked to the payment of state employees’ salaries and retirees’ pensions, as per the decision to prevent national wealth looting.

The source warned the US-Saudi aggression mercenaries against any attempts to bypass this decision, stating that efforts to loot the people’s resources and transfer revenues abroad will not be tolerated.

Local and foreign companies were also warned against colluding with mercenaries to violate the decision. The source stressed that any such actions would prompt an immediate response from the Yemeni Armed Forces, and companies must bear the consequences.

The source reiterated that the decision to prevent the looting of national oil wealth remains tied to the obligation to pay all state employees’ salaries and retirees’ pensions.
