The Yemeni blockade on the Zionist entity continues, causing huge losses to the Israeli economy.

Israel announced part of its economic losses due to the Yemeni forces’ ban on Israeli navigation in the Red and Arabian Seas and the Gulf of Aden.

The Hebrew economic newspaper “Calcalist” said that the port of Ashdod lost 63% of its profits during the second quarter of this year, due to the repercussions of the war, most notably the naval blockade from Yemen, and changing shipping routes away from the Red Sea.

It added that the automotive sector in Israel was greatly affected as a result of the suspension of ships’ passage through the Red Sea – the Suez Canal.

They noted that some ships did not reach Israel at all, and some of them turned to loading and unloading in the ports of the Gulf and the south.
