Dozens of Jewish settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque this Sunday morning under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
Palestinian media reported that the settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Mughrabi Gate in groups and carried out tours in its courtyards and performed Talmudic rituals.
Settler groups storm Al-Aqsa Mosque in two periods, morning and evening, in an attempt to establish a temporal division within Al-Aqsa Mosque, coinciding with tightening measures on the entry of worshipers and depriving large numbers of Jerusalemites from entering it as part of the policy of exclusion and restrictions imposed on them.
According to published media statistics, the incursions recorded a record number during the year 2024 compared to previous years, as 59,911 settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, distributed over 256 incursions.
