Israeli Enemy Intensifies Its Attacks On Displaced Palestinians’ Tents In Gaza

Israeli occupation forces have escalated their assault on displaced Palestinians, as warplanes targeted tent encampments in both northern and southern Gaza. The strikes have resulted in additional massacres, killing dozens—most of them women and children.

Reports from the Gaza Strip confirm that Israeli warplanes launched a series of devastating airstrikes overnight and into Thursday morning, focusing on camps sheltering displaced civilians in multiple locations, including Khan Younis in the south and Jabalia and Beit Lahia in the north.

Eyewitnesses described horrific scenes as fires engulfed numerous tents, trapping entire families inside. Civil defense crews have so far recovered the bodies of 17 martyrs, the majority of them women and children, following the bombardment of displacement tents at the end of Al-Istabl Street in Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis.

Last night, more than 23 Palestinian civilians were martyred after massacres were committed against displaced people in their tents, affecting three families.

They are as the following:

Seven from the Asila family were killed as a result of the occupation bombed a tent in Jabalia, northern Gaza Strip. 15 others were wounded.

Six members from the Al-Atal family were killed when the occupation bombed their tent In Beit Lahia.

Ten members of the Abu Al-Rus family, mostly children, were killed when occupation forces bombed their tent In Mawasi Khan Younis, engulfing it in flames.

According to the sources, martyrs’ bodies arrived at Nasser Medical Hospital in a tragic state—most were charred (including three children), with smoke still rising from them upon arrival.

Since dawn on Wednesday, 21 Palestinians have been killed and dozens wounded due to relentless bombardment across Gaza, according to medical sources.

Israeli occupation forces persist in their genocidal war and aggressive campaign against civilians and displaced Palestinians in Gaza, alongside ongoing war crimes and systematic massacres.

Since the Israeli genocide began on October 7, 2023, the total number of Palestinians killed has risen to 51,065, with 116,505 others wounded, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
