Maritime Experts Confirm Yemen’s Capability To Enforce Haifa Blockade

The specialized maritime affairs website “The Maritime Executive” confirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces are capable of targeting ships belonging to entities dealing with Haifa port.

The site reported that despite the intensive US airstrike campaign against Yemen in March and April, the Yemeni Armed Forces still maintain effective offensive capabilities in the Red Sea.

For its part, the maritime shipping website “TradeWinds” reported that the missile threat posed by Yemen deep into occupied Palestinian territory is real.

The site confirmed that Yemeni missiles have successfully penetrated Zionist air defenses multiple times and exploded in occupied Jaffa “Tel Aviv” or near Lod Airport “Ben Gurion.”

It’s worth noting that the Yemeni Armed Forces announced in a statement on Monday evening the start of implementing a naval blockade on Haifa port in occupied Palestine.

The Armed Forces stated in the announcement: “We have decided to implement the leadership’s directives to begin imposing a naval blockade on Haifa port,” clarifying that the decision comes “in response to the escalation of the brutal Israeli enemy aggression against Gaza, where dozens of massacres are committed daily with hundreds of victims in a genocide crime unprecedented in modern history, and in response to the continued siege and starvation.”

They warned “all companies with ships present in or heading to this port that the mentioned port has now become a target since the hour this statement was issued, and they should take this announcement and subsequent warnings into serious consideration.”

The statement noted that “this decision comes after the successful blockade – by God’s grace – of Umm al-Rashrash port (Eilat) and its cessation of operations,” stressing they “will not hesitate to take any necessary additional measures in support of our oppressed Palestinian people and their valiant resistance.”

It reaffirmed that “all measures and decisions of the Armed Forces regarding the Israeli enemy – including support operations and air/naval navigation bans – will cease immediately upon the stopping of aggression against Gaza and lifting of its siege.”
