Yemen Operations Cancel 700 Flights To Lod Airport

The wave of flight cancellations to Lod Airport, which the enemy calls Ben Gurion Airport, is increasing by international airlines, following the ongoing Yemeni operations against the airport.

The Hebrew newspaper Globes reported that the Yemeni operations have caused between 600 and 700 flights to the enemy entity to be canceled in just one week. Data from the Israeli Airports Authority showed that last week, there was a sharp decline in daily passenger traffic.

The Zionist enemy never imagined that Yemen, located across the seas and 2,000 kilometers from the occupied territories, would hasten the end of this criminal entity and pose an unprecedented security, military, and economic threat to the occupation.

Because the sincere Yemeni military operations, launched at a time when the world remained silent and abandoned the oppressed and afflicted in Gaza, have had the greatest impact in striking the enemy, destroying its strongholds and fortresses, and raising the level of fear and panic among the settlers.

The sirens have become the dominant force in the capital of the entity and all the occupied territories. Due to the hypersonic ballistic missiles that cross the seas.

The enemy entity has suffered heavy losses due to the ongoing Yemeni military operations deep inside the entity.

The economy has been the most affected, and the repercussions will extend for decades to come, especially the travel and tourism sector, which has witnessed an unprecedented recession since the beginning of the occupation.

The Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth confirmed a significant increase in airfares for flights to and from Israel, amid the suspension of major airlines’ operations, a week after a Yemeni-made ballistic missile struck Lod Airport, known in Zionist circles as Ben Gurion.

In this context, the Zionist Channel 12 revealed the embarrassing situation in light of the continued Yemeni air embargo on enemy airports.

The channel explained that the attack on Lod Airport last Friday raised serious questions about the possibility of airlines continuing to fly to occupied Jaffa, noting that “the missiles coming from Yemen are carefully crafted in ‘aviation language’ and directed at foreign airlines.”

It noted that Wizz Air’s cancellation of its flights means the cancellation of 10 daily flights to and from occupied Jaffa, which the enemy calls “Tel Aviv,” and thousands of tickets canceled weekly. It called for contacting Trump to persuade him to intervene with the American airline United to resume flights to the enemy entity.

Zionist Channel 12 noted that the German Chancellor is expected to arrive in the coming days, which presents an opportunity to hold talks to resume Lufthansa flights. It also called for the need to persuade major airlines to resume flights to Tel Aviv.

Israel’s fears are growing that the airlines’ suspension of flights will impact the entire summer season. This represents a severe blow to the Israeli economy, stressing that the suspension of flights to Lod Airport is a “political-economic” event that could impact the entire aviation season.

It said, “What concerns the settlers most is the rise in prices, not just in the aviation sector, but in all sectors.”
