Amnesty International has urged French authorities to stop what it described as arbitrary procedures against Palestinian activist Rami Shath.
In a post on “X,” the organization said Shath faces deportation over his pro-Palestinian rights views, and called on Paris to end the measures.
French authorities accuse him of posing a public security threat, while Shath says the deportation order includes no criminal charges and is based solely on his political stance.
