The Lebanese Red Cross, during search operations in the rugged outskirts of Shebaa, found two young men struck in an Israeli airstrike—one dead and the other in critical condition.
The injured was transferred to Rashaya Government Hospital.
Lebanese media reported that local residents assisted in the search efforts.
Since March 2, Israeli attacks on Lebanon have intensified, causing thousands of casualties and mass displacement, despite a ceasefire agreement that has been repeatedly violated.
