Dozens of Zionist settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound Tuesday under heavy protection from Israeli occupation police.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) said that dozens of settlers entered the mosque compound in groups, carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, and performed Talmudic rituals under the protection of occupation forces.
Israeli police continue to impose strict restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshipers to the mosque and confiscate their identification cards at its outer gates.
Meanwhile, Palestinian calls continue to urge people to gather and travel to Al-Aqsa Mosque amid escalating incitement by extremist the Temple groups to carry out large-scale incursions into the holy site.
Over recent days, settler groups have intensified calls for settlers to participate in mass incursions into Al-Aqsa, amid warnings of plans aimed at imposing new Judaization measures inside the mosque compound
