A Palestinian citizen was killed and others were injured on Sunday evening in Israeli airstrikes on Khan Younis and Gaza City.
The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that Israeli warplanes bombed the Khan Younis area in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of one Palestinian and injuries to others.
In Gaza City, nine Palestinians were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the vicinity of the Palestinian Broadcasting Corporation building in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood in the southwest of the city. They were transferred to al-Quds Hospital, run by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced earlier today that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Strip has risen to 72,763 martyrs and 172,664 wounded since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023, noting that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 871 martyrs, and the total number of injuries to 2,562, while 776 bodies have been recovered.
