The commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, General Esmail Ghaani, stated that if the Zionists insist on aggression and occupation in southern Lebanon, they will be driven out humiliated and defeated.
According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, Ghaani added on Sunday in a message: “O Zionist aggressor and terrorist soldiers, you have suffered 100 dead in less than four days! If you do not withdraw from southern Lebanon of your own will, the epic of 2000 will be repeated—the year in which you fled from this land under the weight of defeat and humiliation.”
He continued: “Today as well, if you insist on aggression and occupation, you will be driven out from it humiliated and defeated, and you know better.”
