The Israeli newspaper Yediot Aharonot revealed on Thursday that ministers in the enemy government and members of the so-called Knesset from the Likud party called for escalating incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Jerusalem and closing it to Arabs.
These calls by the ministers and members of parliament came during their participation on Wednesday evening in a conference organized by the so-called “Temple Mount Administration” in Al-Quds, marking a decade since what it described as a “positive transformation” at the Al-Aqsa Mosque and 59 years since the Israeli occupation of Al-Quds, according to Sanad News Agency.
