Polish Deputy Defense Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czernitska announced on Tuesday that the deal to transfer MiG-29 fighter jets from Poland to Ukraine is no longer in place.
According to Sputnik News Agency, the deputy minister told reporters after a cabinet meeting: “What we are talking about is a matter of exchange. The Ukrainian side asked us to transfer MiG aircraft. The terms were clear from the beginning: we would deliver MiG aircraft in exchange for drones.”
