The UN Resident Humanitarian Coordinator in Lebanon, Imran Riza, affirmed that humanitarian needs in Lebanon remain significant, noting that development priorities also require immediate support and action.
In three separate posts on the “X” platform on Wednesday, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), he said, “Yesterday, I visited Tripoli and Akkar to see how the Lebanese government, local authorities, the United Nations, and their partners are dealing with the complex and interconnected challenges arising from the current crisis.”
