1,299 Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Omani counterpart, Badr Al-Busaidi, discussed in a phone call on Friday the conditions for resuming talks and the latest developments regarding navigation through the Strait of Hormuz.

According to a post on Araghchi’s Telegram channel monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the two ministers reviewed regional developments, conditions conducive to resuming negotiations, and navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.

The Omani News Agency said the call also addressed efforts to create conditions for renewed dialogue and negotiations aimed at narrowing differences and reaching peaceful solutions that take all parties’ interests into account.

The ministers also stressed the importance of continuing talks to reach practical understandings supporting freedom of navigation, maritime security, and regional stability.
