Ansarullah welcomes qualitative Yemeni military operations targeting Saudi military build-ups

The Ansarullah Political Bureau welcomed qualitative Yemeni military operations targeting Saudi military build-ups.

In a statement, the group said the operations were preemptive measures aimed at thwarting Saudi plans against Yemen, describing them as part of the Yemeni people’s legitimate right after 12 years of aggression and blockade.

The Political Bureau said Saudi-backed mobilizations followed publicly announced meetings with Saudi military leaders and were carried out under Saudi directives and with Saudi funding and support.

It stated that Riyadh is seeking to involve people in southern and eastern Yemen in its military campaign and deepen internal divisions, urging them not to become fuel or human shields in Saudi Arabia’s war.

The statement stressed that “Sana’a’s strikes were with Saudi Arabia, not Yemenis in the south and east,” and said its objective was to secure Yemen’s rights and lift the blockade.

It also warned that attempts by Saudi Arabia to evade its obligations would not succeed, saying Yemen would continue pursuing the lifting of the blockade and recovery of its national resources.

The Political Bureau of Ansarullah concluded by saying the Yemeni Armed Forces remain on high alert and ready to confront any level of Saudi escalation.
