Iran’s Foreign Minister channel reported in a post on the Telegram platform, seen by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that Fadlallah conveyed during the meeting the greetings of Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem, praising the heroic defense of the Iranian people in the face of the American-Zionist military aggression, and Iranian diplomacy, considering that it contributed to consolidating the power of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and constitutes a source of pride for Iran’s friends, the peoples of the region, and the free people of the world.
Fadlallah also presented an overview of the latest developments in Lebanon and the continued Israeli aggression and occupation of Lebanese territories.
He expressed appreciation for the support provided by the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Lebanese people, especially the efforts of the Iranian Foreign Minister in supporting the Lebanese people and the Lebanese resistance on the diplomatic front, stressing the necessity of coordinated and decisive action by Islamic countries to confront Israeli expansion and crimes in Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank.
For his part, Araghchi praised the resistance of the Lebanese people and their honorable steadfastness in the face of Israeli attacks, affirming the comprehensive support of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the Lebanese people in defending the integrity of their land, their dignity, and their national sovereignty.
