Journalists injured during Israeli raid on UNRWA Institute in Qalandia

Several journalists were injured on Tuesday while covering Israeli forces’ seizure of the Qalandia Institute, affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in occupied East Al-Quds.

Palestinian news agency WAFA, citing media sources, reported that several journalists were injured while covering the Israeli forces’ raid and evacuation of the institute amid heavy military measures around the site.

Israeli forces raided the UNRWA compound in Qalandia earlier Tuesday and began evacuating it as part of measures to take control of the site. Large numbers of Israeli troops were deployed in the area, and the Israeli flag was raised over the compound’s buildings.
