The Yemeni Armed Forces targeted Saudi enemy military reinforcements in eastern Al-Jawf province on Wednesday, a military source said.
The source, speaking to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), said a large number of vehicles caught fire during the attack.
The Saudi enemy-backed forces have been attempting to advance toward Al-Jawf under Saudi direction, but have repeatedly come under attack from the Yemeni Armed Forces.
The latest confrontation followed an operation on Tuesday in Al-Yatmah market, where Yemeni forces repelled the Saudi-backed buildup from the area and pursued the forces into the surrounding desert.
