Abdulqadir al-Murtada, chairman of the National Committee for Prisoner Affairs, confirmed that the committee will announce tomorrow at a press conference the release of 195 prisoners who voluntarily surrendered without fighting during recent events.
In a press statement, Al-Murtada explained that the release of the prisoners comes in implementation of the general amnesty decree issued by His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council.
