His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy on the death of Sheikh Ali Mohsen Al-Shami, after a life dedicated to serving the nation.
In the message addressed to the sons of the deceased, Amin, Khaled, and Ibrahim, the President praised the virtues of the late Sheikh and his contributions to serving his country and society, as well as his efforts in reconciliation , charitable and social work.
President Al-Mashat extended his sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the sons of the deceased, his brothers, family members, and the Al-Shami family, as well as the sheikhs and tribes of Khawlan in general, over this loss, praying to Allah Almighty to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon him, admit him into His spacious gardens, and grant his family patience and solace.
“Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.”
