The army and Popular Committees carried out a military operation on the positions of the Saudi American aggression mercenaries at Al-Ghail directorate in Al-Jwaf province .
A military source told SABA that a number of mercenaries were killed and wounded in an attack by the army and popular committees on their positions in Shawq valley in the directorate .
The source pointed out that the operation preceded by artillery shelling with medium machine guns fire .
