The Yemeni army and popular committees on Friday destroyed 10 military vehicles of Saudi-backed mercenaries in Najran region, a military official told Saba News.
The engineering unit of the army destroyed the vehicles with improvised explosive devices during repelling attacks of the mercenaries in al-Sowah area in Najran, according to the official.
Meanwhile, the army thwarted infiltration attempts by Saudi-backed mercenaries toward Alib crossing in Asir region, which resulted in dozens of dead and wounded in their ranks.
