Information Minister in the National Salvation government Daifallah al-Shami confirmed that the celebrations marking the anniversary of Prophet Mohammed’s birth (Peace Be Upon Him) will be the largest in the history of Yemen and the region.
He explained in a statement to (SABA) that all arrangements have been completed for the extensive media coverage of these celebrations at the central level and the provinces.
He pointed out that the media plan for the visual, audio and read media was approved for the events to celebrate the anniversary of the prophet’s birth on his owner and his god the best prayer and the worst delivery.
The plan includes media coverage of events and activities to prepare for the event at the central and local level and to prepare daily press, television and radio reports from the provinces about Yemenis’ attachment and love for the Great Prophet ( PBUH) and the popular interaction with the event.
It also includes the production and broadcast of television and radio programs hosting a group of scholars and a history professor on the role of Yemenis in supporting the Prophet since the dawn of Islam and the greatness of the celebration of the Prophet’s birthday.
As well as talk shows, daily press, radio and television reports, production and broadcast of various programs, dialogues and a poetry competition in praise of the Prophet and the role of Yemenis in his victory.
The plan includes the formation of television, radio and press field teams to descend on the festival grounds of the capital and provinces to keep up with the equipment to reach live coverage of the celebrations on the 12th of The First Spring 1441.
He said that the celebration of this year’s Prophet’s Birthday will be distinct from previous celebrations, whether through official and popular interaction or extensive media coverage.
“We will convey the true image and the Yemeni people will convey the message on this occasion based on their faith identity and their association with the Prophet,” he added.
Minister Al-Shami pointed out that there is a field plan for satellite channels for the locations of filming for events using the latest technologies in accordance with the greatness of the occasion.
He stressed the importance of celebrating this occasion because of its meanings and implications, especially in light of the current situation sought by the Yemeni people, which reflects the Yemenis’ attachment to the Messenger of the Nation and the follow-up to his approach and following his morals.
“The Yemeni people will surprise everyone with their honorable and unprecedented turnout in the celebrations of the Prophet’s Birthday and will lead the scene both in celebrating and in emphasizing the continuation of their steadfastness, no matter how hard the aggression forces and hegemony are ,” he said.
The Minister of Information praised the efforts of the leaders and cadres of media organizations to interact seriously and to use all possibilities to cover the events celebrating this occasion during the past days at the level of ministries, provinces and directorates.
