The Ministry of Human Rights Condemns USAID, Deceiving Role in Yemen
In a statement, the ministry responded to US support of countries staging a military aggression against Yemen. The US is providing needed arms, logistics and political cover for the aggression.
US agencies are misleading people through claims of providing needed aid to those in dire need. USAID supports and funds organizations operating in Yemen but in reality they are playing intelligence roles undercover of humanitarian slogans.
The Ministry rejected and condemned the practices of this agency and promises to take deterrent legal measures against it. This came after a report released by Almasirah TV in which the Military Media showed arms shipments were smuggled under aid from USAID, in Al-Bayda.
The Ministry of Human Rights called on authorities to tighten control over the work of humanitarian organizations in Yemen, in order to ensure security and stability and protect civilians.
