Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Friday sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Madagascar Tehindrazanarivelo Djacoba.
In the cable, Sharaf congratulated Djacoba on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
