Yemen’s Shura Council praised the special operation carried out by Hezbollah fighters, which targeted a Zionist training camp south of the occupied city of Haifa, resulting in the killing and wounding of dozens of Zionist soldiers.
In a statement issued on Monday, the council lauded the legendary resilience and bravery of the Islamic resistance fighters in confronting the occupation, delivering precise and painful strikes to the enemy’s military bases, and successfully implementing a deterrence strategy that instilled fear in the enemy.
The council commended the heroic operation in which the Lebanese Islamic resistance targeted the Israeli occupation forces with artillery shells, forcing them to retreat and halt their advance towards the town of Aita al-Shaab.
The statement affirmed that the path of resistance, including such special operations by Hezbollah and the broader Axis of Resistance, remains the only way to curb the Zionist entity and end its arrogance and crimes in Lebanon and Palestine.
The council emphasized that Hezbollah fighters’ ability to strike these military sites and prevent the enemy’s advance in southern Lebanese areas is clear evidence of the Islamic resistance’s high level of readiness, cohesion, and determination to follow the path of their martyred leaders.
The council strongly condemned the continued brutal massacres committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people, including the bombing of refugee tents and gatherings of displaced persons in front of humanitarian aid distribution centers in the Jabalia camp, which led to the martyrdom and injury of dozens, most of whom were women and children.
The statement denounced the ongoing silence of the Arab, Islamic, and international communities regarding Zionist crimes and genocide against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, with no regard for international humanitarian laws or conventions.
The council affirmed that the international community’s failure to address Zionist arrogance, along with its disgraceful submission to US pressure, is what gives the usurping entity more time to commit further massacres in Palestine and Lebanon.
The Shura Council called on the people of the nation and all freedom-loving people of the world to intensify their solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, demand an end to the extermination and ethnic cleansing, and prosecute the leaders of the Zionist entity and their supporters for committing war crimes against humanity in Palestine and Lebanon.
