Hundreds Of Zionists Protest To Demand Completion Of Gaza Ceasefire Deal

Hundreds of Zionist settlers gathered in a demonstration demanding Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to complete all stages of the prisoner swap deal with the resistance in Gaza.

According to Israeli media, the protesters gathered near the Knesset in occupied Jerusalem, calling for the return of Israeli prisoners from Gaza.

This came just hours after war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu’s decision to close the crossings with Gaza and halt all goods and supplies to the Strip.

The families of the Israeli prisoners condemned Netanyahu’s decision, calling it shocking and a threat to the lives of the prisoners.

Daily Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the protesters, including the families of those captured or killed in the Oct. 7, 2023 attacks, called on Netanyahu government to finalize the agreement for the release of all those held in Gaza.

The daily reported that protesters held signs accusing Netanyahu of obstructing the completion of the prisoner exchange deal for “political and personal reasons.”

The first phase of the ceasefire agreement between the resistance and the Israeli occupation in Gaza ended on Saturday, after lasting 42 days.

This phase saw delays from the Israeli occupation side, who attempted to extend it and avoid engaging in the second phase of the agreement, which was brokered by Egypt, Qatar, and the United States.

During this phase, Hamas and Palestinian factions released 33 Israeli prisoners in Gaza, including eight corpses. In exchange, “Israel” released around 1,700 Palestinians from its prisons.
