The UN Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, commented on a video clip documenting the abuse of a Palestinian child by Israeli occupation army personnel.
Albanese wrote in a post on X, “I have seen enough to say it with absolute certainty: the Israeli army is the most depraved army.”
