The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed a constitutional case against Lithuanian authorities for refusing to investigate an Israeli soldier living in Lithuania over alleged war crimes in Gaza.
The group says the decision grants impunity for international crimes , violates Lithuania’s constitution and legal obligations.
The complaint cites evidence that the soldier, Sean Gor, a dentistry student in Lithuania, was involved in attacks on civilian infrastructure in Gaza, including UNRWA facilities, and is accused of participation in the killing of Hind Rajab, her family, and paramedics in January 2024, as well as the assault on Al-Shifa Hospital in March–April 2024.
