One person was killed and two others were injured on Sunday evening following an Israeli airstrike on the town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa in southern Lebanon, in a continued violation of the ceasefire agreement.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the Ministry of Public Health’s Emergency Operations Center said in a statement that the Israeli strike on Nabatieh al-Fawqa resulted in one death and two injuries.

Since March 2, Israeli forces have intensified their attacks across Lebanon, targeting towns, villages, cities, civilian infrastructure, causing thousands of casualties and displacing around 1.5 million Lebanese citizens.
