Five Palestinians, including three children, were killed Saturday in an Israeli airstrike on a residential apartment in western Gaza City, Palestinian Shihab News Agency reported, in another ceasefire violation.
Gaza’s Health Ministry said 19 bodies and 60 injured people arrived at hospitals over the past 48 hours, adding that several victims remain trapped under rubble. It said the death toll from Israeli ceasefire violations since October 11 has reached 1,144, while the overall toll since October 7, 2023, stands at 73,269 deaths and 173,811 injuries.
