The spokesman for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced on Wednesday that a US MQ-9 drone was shot down over Khormoj in Bushehr province, southern Iran.
Brigadier General Hossein Mohebi, spokesman for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, said: “Following the aerial aggression launched by the terrorist US military this morning, an MQ-9 drone was targeted and shot down by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ air defense system over Khormoj in Bushehr province,” according to the Iranian news agency IRNA.
