Doctors Without Borders confirmed on Sunday that the war and displacement in Lebanon have caused immense human suffering, noting that thousands of displaced people are still unable to return to their homes due to the ongoing escalation of violence and deteriorating living and health conditions.
In a post on its X platform, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the organization stated that displaced people face challenges beyond the loss of shelter, including overcrowding in shelters, a decline in basic services, difficulties accessing healthcare, and psychological trauma suffered by adults and children.
