Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian said Iran has been subjected to continuous pressure and an imposed war since the assassination of former Hamas Political Bureau Chief Ismail Haniyeh on July 31, 2024.
In a post on X, Pezeshkian said his administration began its work as Haniyeh was assassinated by the Israeli enemy, adding that despite sustained pressure and hostility, the Iranian people have remained resilient and will shape Iran’s future.
