Yemeni Armed Forces have renewed operations targeting and pushing back Saudi military build-ups in Jawf province, according to a military source cited by Yemen’s official Saba News Agency.
The source said that the Saudi-backed mercenaries east of Jawf were targeted, resulting in the destruction of dozens of military vehicles.
The operation comes days after Yemeni forces targeted and expelled Saudi-backed formations in the Yatmah area of Jawf, with the operations reportedly leaving hundreds of fighters killed, wounded or captured.
